1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Vyapari ("Vyapari", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses,
shares, and protects information relating to businesses and their authorized users who use
the
Vyapari application and related services ("Vyapari App" or "Platform").
Vyapari is the business-facing platform of Ekam Illam Private Limited, designed to help local
service providers and small businesses engage with residents using the Nivasi resident app

Service.
If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

It does not replace the privacy policy applicable to residents using
the Nivasi app, which governs how resident data is collected and used on the resident-facing
side of the ecosystem.

- Ratings and reviews left by residents on your business or services, which are visible to
community residents in Nivasi and to you through Vyapari.

Resident Welfare Associations or community management entities) where necessary to verify
your association with a specific community.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:

profile, displaying your listings to verified residents via Nivasi, and enabling
residents to discover, contact, and transact with your business.

products, enabling residents to place orders or make service requests, and allowing them
to post ratings and reviews.

revenue trends, and other business performance analytics.
- To personalize and improve your experience on the Platform, including refining
